Devs probably have to limit their deployment somewhat to compress and fit and stream textures limited to PS4 hardware etc etc. On PC you don't need that necessarily, so the download will probably be 50GBish and uncompress to 100? Who knows. If you buy a Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition key and only play the main storyline you can finish Horizon Zero Dawn in 20-25 hours.
